Online Reporting or Raw Data Feeds:

Online reports are accessed through the secure Reporting Portal using any internet connected computer via your web browser. Alternatively, your Company may like to receive the raw results so you can import them into your own reporting packages.
Searching within Reports:
If you have run a detailed report and wish to find specific information, you can use the simple text search utility.

Exporting Reports: Once you have found the information you require you can easily export the report to a number of formats for use off line. The two most popular formats are Excel or PDF. You will typically use Excel if you want to work with the results or PDF if you want to forward the results to others without them being able to change the report.

Database Management:

Some applications require the client to supply us with data/information to load into the application database such as stores, employees etc.
We will provide the client with the format this information should be supplied in. Alternatively we can cleanse the client’s data/information into a suitable format for the application. There is an hourly charge associated with this service if it is required.
